§ LG.374.032. TAX INCREMENT FUND
TAX INCREMENT FUND. On approval of an urban renewal plan by the governing body of a municipality and on approval of tax increment financing as required by Section 374.031 , the governing body by resolution shall establish a fund known as the tax increment fund. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
