§ LG.361.004. GRANTS AND LOANS
GRANTS AND LOANS. To finance the facilities of the criminal justice center, the municipality or county jointly or severally may accept grants, gratuities, advances, and loans from the United States, this state, an agency of this state, a private or public corporation, or any other person.
