§ LG.324.071. IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAY. The board may enter into agreements with the public authorities in control of a highway in a park area or connecting two or more park areas to make alterations in the route or width of the highway, or to grade, drain, pave, or otherwise improve the highway. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1, Sec. 71(a), eff. Aug. 28, 1989.
