§ LG.141.032. LONGEVITY PAY

LONGEVITY PAY. In a municipality with a population of 10,000 or more, each member of the fire or police department is entitled to receive, in addition to all other money paid for services rendered in the department, longevity pay of $4 a month for each year of service in the department, not to exceed 25 years. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
