§ LA.62.004. PROVISION OF INFORMATION
PROVISION OF INFORMATION. The commission shall provide information to the public about this chapter to ensure that both employers and employees in this state are fully aware of: (1) their respective rights and responsibilities; (2) the specified exemptions; and (3) the penalties and liabilities that may be incurred for a violation of this chapter.
