§ LA.411.013. FEDERAL CONTRACTS AND PROGRAMS

FEDERAL CONTRACTS AND PROGRAMS. The division may: (1) enter into contracts with the federal government to perform occupational safety projects; and (2) apply for federal funds through any federal program relating to occupational safety.
