§ LA.410.116. CLOSING STATEMENTS

CLOSING STATEMENTS; BRIEFS. The parties may present closing statements as they desire, but the record may not remain open for written briefs unless requested by the arbitrator. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
