§ LA.402.00112. INVESTIGATION OF DIVISION
INVESTIGATION OF DIVISION. The department shall investigate the conduct of the work of the division. For that purpose, the department shall have access at any time to all division books and records and may require an officer or employee of the division to furnish written or oral information.
