§ LA.355.008. CLOSING CERTAIN FACILITIES PROHIBITED
CLOSING CERTAIN FACILITIES PROHIBITED. Neither a vending facility operated by an individual with a disability, nor a vending facility location surveyed by the commission, may be closed as a result of the transfer of state property from one agency to another, the alteration of a state building, or the reorganization of a state agency unless the commission agrees to the closing. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Human Resources Code, Chapter 94 by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 (S.B. 208 ), Sec. 28, eff. September 1, 2015.
