§ LA.302.061. ADMINISTRATION FUNDING

ADMINISTRATION FUNDING. Unless superseded by federal law, the commission may use an amount not to exceed 20 percent of the amount of funds available to the commission for workforce training and services to implement state-level responsibilities, including administration, research and planning, system design and development, and training and technical assistance.
