§ LA.301.0675. VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND CERTAIN OTHER SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIE
VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND CERTAIN OTHER SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. Subject to federal approval, if required, to administer vocational rehabilitation services and other services and programs to persons with disabilities under Subtitle C, Title 4, the commission has primary responsibility for providing those services and programs. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 (S.B. 208 ), Sec. 19, eff. September 1, 2016.
