§ LA.215.002. SHARED WORK UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION PROGRAM

SHARED WORK UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION PROGRAM. (a) The commission, under a voluntary shared work unemployment compensation program designed to reduce unemployment and stabilize the work force, shall allow participating employees shared work benefits.
