§ LA.21.454. COMPLIANCE REPORT
COMPLIANCE REPORT. Not later than 60 days after the commission completes the review of a state agency's personnel policies and procedures as required by Section 21.453 and provides its review and any recommendations to the agency, the agency shall submit to the commission, the governor, the legislature, and the Legislative Budget Board a report detailing: (1) whether the agency implemented the recommendations of the commission; and (2) if the agency did not implement all of the commission's recommendations, the reasons for rejecting those recommendations. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 872, Sec. 15, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
