§ IN.941.052. ATTORNEY IN FACT

ATTORNEY IN FACT. (a) The attorney in fact may execute insurance policies for the Lloyd's plan. (b) The principal office of the attorney in fact must be maintained at the place designated by the underwriters in the articles of agreement. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
