§ IN.888.158. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COMMISSIONER RATE ORDERS
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COMMISSIONER RATE ORDERS. If a burial association refuses to comply with an order of the commissioner regarding rates under this subchapter, the commissioner shall consider the association insolvent.
