§ IN.882.604. HEARING

HEARING. (a) After public notice, the commissioner shall hold a hearing on a conversion authorized under Section 882.601 . (b) Any policyholder of the mutual life insurance company that is the subject of the conversion is entitled to appear and be heard at the hearing.
