§ IN.882.356. PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS NOT REQUIRED
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS NOT REQUIRED. This subchapter does not require a mutual life insurance company to pay a dividend to a policyholder if the unencumbered surplus acquired by the company is impaired.
