§ IN.882.351. POLICYHOLDER'S ENTITLEMENT TO DIVIDEND
POLICYHOLDER'S ENTITLEMENT TO DIVIDEND. A policyholder of a mutual life insurance company is entitled to a credit or payment of a dividend from that part of the company's divisible surplus that may be fairly allocated to the policyholder's policy. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
