§ IN.845.151. CONTRACT AWARD
CONTRACT AWARD. To the extent consistent with federal law, the state shall award to the system at least one of the state managed care contracts that are awarded to provide health care services to beneficiaries of the medical assistance program under Chapter 32 , Human Resources Code, in the rural areas of the territorial jurisdiction of the participating hospital providers. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
