§ IN.823.060. VIOLATION OF SUBCHAPTER
VIOLATION OF SUBCHAPTER. The failure to file a registration statement or an amendment to a registration statement, or an enterprise risk report, within the time specified for filing the statement, amendment, or report, as required by this subchapter, is a violation of this subchapter.
