§ IN.651.156. TAKING OF INCOMPLETE PREMIUM FINANCE AGREEMENT PROHIBITED
TAKING OF INCOMPLETE PREMIUM FINANCE AGREEMENT PROHIBITED. A license holder may not take a premium finance agreement that has not been fully completed and executed at the time the agreement is executed. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2005.
