§ IN.558.004. EFFECT ON INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE COMPANY
EFFECT ON INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE COMPANY. This chapter does not affect the obligation of an insurer to pay an unearned premium to an insurance premium finance company in accordance with Section 651.162 . Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2005.
