§ IN.4151.303. PROBATED SUSPENSION

PROBATED SUSPENSION. If the suspension of a certificate of authority is probated, the commissioner may require the holder to: (1) report regularly to the department on any matter that is the basis of the probation; or (2) limit the holder's practice to the areas prescribed by the department. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1176 (H.B. 472 ), Sec. 1.21, eff. September 1, 2007.
