§ IN.4102.157. CERTAIN BUSINESS PROHIBITED
CERTAIN BUSINESS PROHIBITED. A license holder may not solicit or attempt to solicit business, directly or indirectly, or act in any manner on a bodily injury loss covered by a life, health, or accident insurance policy or on any claim for which the client is not an insured under the insurance policy. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728 (H.B. 2018 ), Sec. 11.082(a), eff. September 1, 2005.
