§ IN.4051.362. ACTION FOR DAMAGES

ACTION FOR DAMAGES. An agent who has sustained actual damages as a result of an insurer's violation of this subchapter may bring an action against the insurer regardless of whether the department has determined that there has been a violation of this subchapter.
