§ IN.2602.117. BOARD REPORT AT CONCLUSION OF IMPAIRMENT
BOARD REPORT AT CONCLUSION OF IMPAIRMENT. At the conclusion of a title insurance company or agent impairment in which the association exercised its powers or performed its duties under this chapter, the board shall prepare, from information available to the association, and submit to the commissioner a report on the history and causes of the impairment.
