§ IN.2210.6015. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER

APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. To provide for a reasonable transition, the association may issue public securities under this subchapter or enter into financing arrangements with this state as provided by Section 2210.076 if the association needs to provide funds for excess losses and operating expenses incurred by the association before January 1, 2026, for a catastrophe year occurring before January 1, 2026. After December 31, 2025, the association may not issue public securities under this subchapter except to fund excess losses and operating expenses incurred before January 1, 2026.
