§ IN.2201.056. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES. (a) A risk retention group may provide: (1) liability insurance for assuming and spreading all or any portion of the liability of the group's members; and (2) reinsurance with respect to the liability of another risk retention group, or a member of that group, engaged in businesses or activities that meet the requirements of Section 2201.055 (a) for membership in the group providing reinsurance. (b) A risk retention group may not engage in activities that include providing insurance other than the insurance described by Subsection (a).
