§ IN.1652.151. RULES RELATING TO DISCLOSURE
RULES RELATING TO DISCLOSURE. The rules adopted under Sections 1652.152 , 1652.153 , and 1652.154 must include provisions and requirements that are at least equal to those required by federal law, including the rules, regulations, and standards adopted under Section 1882, Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1395ss). Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 4, eff. April 1, 2005.
