§ IN.1575.402. APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS
APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS. (a) The Retirees Advisory Committee is composed of the following seven members appointed by the trustee: (1) one member who is an active school administrator; (2) one member who is a retired school administrator; (3) two members who are active teachers; and (4) three members who are retired teachers. (b) A person is not eligible for appointment as a member of the committee if the person is required to register as a lobbyist under Chapter 305 , Government Code.
