§ IN.1575.253. MONTHLY CERTIFICATION

MONTHLY CERTIFICATION. An employer shall monthly certify to the trustee in a form prescribed by the trustee: (1) the total amount of salary paid from federal funds and private grants; and (2) the total amount of state contributions provided by the funds and grants.
