§ IN.1501.064. CERTAIN USE OF APPROPRIATED MONEY PROHIBITED

CERTAIN USE OF APPROPRIATED MONEY PROHIBITED. The Texas cooperative may not use money appropriated by the state to pay or otherwise subsidize any portion of the premium for a small employer covered through the cooperative. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
