§ IN.1451.203. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. A provision of an employee benefit plan or health insurance policy that conflicts with this subchapter is void to the extent of the conflict. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
