§ HS.85.259. ENFORCEMENT

ENFORCEMENT. A home collection kit for HIV infection testing is a "device" as that term is defined in Section 431.002 and is subject to the provisions for enforcement contained in Chapter 431 . Any violation of the requirement in Section 85.258 shall be subject to the enforcement provisions of Chapter 431 . Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 33, Sec. 1, eff. April 28, 1995.
