§ HS.85.256. ORAL REPORTING
ORAL REPORTING. A service provider shall report test results from a home collection kit for HIV infection testing orally to the individual tested. Notwithstanding Section 81.109 , the test results may be provided by telephone. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 33, Sec. 1, eff. April 28, 1995.
