§ HS.81.192. CONTINUING CARE PLAN BEFORE DISCHARGE
CONTINUING CARE PLAN BEFORE DISCHARGE. The health authority or department, in consultation with the person, shall prepare a continuing care plan for a person who is scheduled to be discharged if the person requires continuing care. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
