§ HS.81.092. CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES

CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES. The department may contract with a physician to provide services to persons infected or reasonably suspected of being infected with a sexually transmitted disease or tuberculosis if: (1) local or regional health department services are not available; (2) the person in need of examination or treatment is unable to pay for the services; and (3) there is an immediate need for examination or treatment of the person.
