§ HS.775.040. FEES FOR PROVIDING SERVICES

FEES FOR PROVIDING SERVICES. A district, or a person authorized by contract on the district's behalf, may charge a reasonable fee for emergency services performed for or on behalf of a person or entity, including a fee for responding to a false alarm or for a fire code inspection. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 392, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. Amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 496, Sec. 9, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
