§ HS.773.024. FEDERAL PROGRAMS
FEDERAL PROGRAMS. The department is the state agency designated to develop state plans required for participation in federal programs involving emergency medical services. The department may receive and disburse available federal funds to implement the service programs. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
