§ HS.772.531. EXEMPTION FROM TAXATION

EXEMPTION FROM TAXATION. A bond issued by the district under this subchapter, any transaction relating to the bond, and profits made in the sale or redemption of the bond are exempt from taxation by the state or by any municipality, county, special district, or other political subdivision of this state. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 552 (S.B. 628 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2013.
