§ HS.691.029. AUTHORITY TO RECEIVE, DISTRIBUTE, AND TRANSFER BODIES OR ANATOMICAL SPECIMENS
AUTHORITY TO RECEIVE, DISTRIBUTE, AND TRANSFER BODIES OR ANATOMICAL SPECIMENS. The commission may receive, distribute, and transfer a body or anatomical specimen from inside or outside this state.
