§ HS.65.103. SUSPENSION OF PROGRAM

SUSPENSION OF PROGRAM. On the fourth anniversary of the date the program is established, the commission shall suspend the program and seek legislative approval to continue the program unless the ongoing costs of administering the program are fully funded through enrollee cost sharing.
