§ HS.614.005. OFFICERS

OFFICERS; MEETINGS. (a) The governor shall designate a member of the committee as the presiding officer of the committee to serve in that capacity at the pleasure of the governor. (b) The committee shall meet at least four times each year and may meet at other times at the call of the presiding officer or as provided by committee rule.
