§ HS.466.026. MULTIPLE ENROLLMENT PREVENTION

MULTIPLE ENROLLMENT PREVENTION. The department shall work with representatives from permitted narcotic treatment programs in this state to develop recommendations for a plan to prevent the simultaneous multiple enrollment of persons in narcotic treatment programs. The executive commissioner may adopt rules to implement these recommendations. Amended by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 193, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
