§ HS.435.008. MILK FOR RESALE

MILK FOR RESALE. A person is not required to hold a permit to resell or offer for resale in the same container any milk or milk products that are represented or advertised as a grade of milk or milk products and that are purchased from a person holding a permit authorizing that representation or advertisement.
