§ HS.401.413. COMMISSION DISPOSAL LICENSE REQUIRED

COMMISSION DISPOSAL LICENSE REQUIRED. A person required by another section of this chapter to obtain a license for the disposal of a radioactive substance is required to obtain the license from the commission and not from the department.
