§ HS.341.050. PENALTIES CUMULATIVE
PENALTIES CUMULATIVE. All penalties accruing under this subchapter are cumulative of all other remedies, and a suit for recovery of any penalty does not bar or affect the recovery of any other penalty or bar any criminal prosecution against a person or any officer, director, agent, or employee of that person.
