§ HS.341.0353. DRINKING WATER SUPPLY COMPARATIVE RATING INFORMATION
DRINKING WATER SUPPLY COMPARATIVE RATING INFORMATION. The commission shall assemble and tabulate all necessary information relating to public drinking water supplies at least once each year and as often during the year as conditions demand or justify. The information forms the basis of an official comparative rating of public drinking water supply systems. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
