§ HS.282.071. GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS

GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. The commissioners court may issue and sell bonds in the district's name and on the district's faith and credit to acquire or construct hospital buildings or land if the bonds are approved by a majority of the qualified voters at the election to create the district in accordance with Subchapter A. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
