§ HS.281.0475. RENAMING DISTRICT

RENAMING DISTRICT. (a) This section applies only to a district created in a county with a population of more than 1.2 million that was not included in the boundaries of a hospital district before September 1, 2003. (b) With the approval of the commissioners court, the board may rename the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1094 (H.B. 2120 ), Sec. 10, eff. September 1, 2005.
